We are unable to accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on personalized products, once your virtual sample is approved.  ★ We will only take your APPROVED virtual sample as a reference and your final product will be same as shown on the virtual sample.  ★ 100% color match is not guaranteed with this printing method.  Imprint Method: Digital Print (Direct to Garment Printing) (This is the default imprint method. Our skilled graphic design team can help put the finishing touches on your logo or artwork no matter what type of image you send us! Sending Artwork: Artwork can be uploaded during ordering. Preferred Image Format: EPS, .AI, .CDR, .PDF, .PNG with transparent/white background. Please e-mail us your image as large as possible after you place the order. You can use Dropbox, Google Drive, Wetransfer to send the large images. If you want us to print 12 height image, the image you send us must be at least 12 height, otherwise, print quality might go down. Basically, the larger the file is the better the print quality.  ★ Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship under or over by 3% and bill accordingly. In case of an under run of 3% or less, MKT reserves the right not to print the remaining balance. ★ All pricing is based on a 50% ink coverage.
