This Universal Lid will cover up a variety of frying pans, allowing you simmer, melt, and heat foods as needed. This Lid is made from stainless steel and features a small hole that allows steam to escape while cooking. Since it doesn't have a lip, this lid will sit perfectly over the top of your frying pan and works with a variety of sizes.
Our newest universal lid is designed to fit all of our frying pans (stainless steel, non stick, and carbon steel) as well as our Blue Carbon Steel Wok. Yes, that is one lid for 12 different pans. Made from premium silicone with a stainless steel interior for superior durability, this lid is also dishwasher safe, oven safe up to 400 degrees, and heat resistant (it doubles as a trivet).
