Ganache is some of the greatest stuff on earth and sometimes the most challenging. Learn to make ganache, scoop truffles, temper & finish them in both traditional and fun ways. You will get to take truffles & ganache home to enjoy! This Ganache and Truffle Making is a 1 hour class and is for ages 14 and up. There is a children's version of this class listed separately. Classes take place in our Exeter shop so that we have full access to the kitchen. Price is per person. Class will run with a minimum of four people signed up.
