The durable stainless-steel three-door model can accommodate full-size sheet pans. This commercial food service kitchen unit is designed with easy to grip recessed door h&les, fully adjustable heavy-duty wire shelves (1 per section/door) & is equipped with a full set of clip-on divider bars & eighteen (18) 4 in. deep plastic pans. This three-door commercial refrigerant kitchen essential offers up to 18 cu. ft. (510 L) of storage that can hold 18 pans. Equipped with a sanitary food grade quality ensuring 11.42 in. cutting board constructed of deep polyethylene, the unit is mounted on four (4) 3 in. dia. swivel casters (two with brakes) to facilitate maneuvering when needed. Additionally, if ADA (American Disability Act) or lower profile requirements are needed, shorter caster options are. This energy efficient refrigerated prep station is engineered with solid-state controls & a forced-air system that delivers consistent & easily adjustable temperature performance.
