Ray Jackson used a very similar instrument under the name Columbus to record the solo heard on Rod Stewart's hit single Maggie May.<br><br>by: Bill Graham<br><br> This mandolin has the typical finish cracks seen on most Teisco era stuff. There is a small crack by the pickup.<br>Could use a bit of a setup but otherwise fully functional!<br><br>Comes with hardshell case and new strings in package.
