As with all cookware from All-Clad this pan is constructed with a bonded 18/10 stainless steel interior and exterior for exceptional heating especially in induction cooking. This pan's 5-Ply construction includes a stainless steel core that improves the conductivity of the two aluminum layers above and below it.
