Bucatini from the Italian word buco, or hole, is a hearty version of a classic pasta, typical of central Italy. Long and hollow, it plays an important role in Italian cuisine. Our Bucatini comes from Casina Rossa, and with it the guarantee of artisan quality. It is made in very small batches from 100 natural Pugliese durum wheat. Serve with your favorite Sugo al Pomodoro, a traditional Italian red sauce.
