Organic Bucatini Pasta

Product Description

Bucatini from the Italian word buco, or hole, is a hearty version of a classic pasta, typical of central Italy. Long and hollow, it plays an important role in Italian cuisine. Our Bucatini comes from Casina Rossa, and with it the guarantee of artisan quality. It is made in very small batches from 100 natural Pugliese durum wheat. Serve with your favorite Sugo al Pomodoro, a traditional Italian red sauce.

In the distant past, an innovative pasta maker from Sicily embarked on a quest to refine the art of spaghetti-making. Through countless trials and creative explorations, he ventured into the realm of unique shapes and textures. Eventually, he was struck by an idea to create a hollow variation. The result was bucatini an extraordinary pasta that flawlessly cooks to al dente perfection every time, effortlessly capturing and embracing the essence of any sauce it encounters.
