This commercial pan by Williams-Sonoma is great for cupcakes or muffins. It has a recessed middle on the underside so when you turn the cakes over, they can be filled with mousse or cream. This was found from a retired caterer who made various cakes and even meatloaf in it. It's also perfect as a candleholder decorated for each season. It has 12 openings measuring 3 1/2" in diameter across the opening. It is 1 1/2" deep. The recessed area is 1/2" deep. Overall the pan measures 16 3/4" long x 12 5/8" wide x 1 1/2" tall.
