Heat chocolate in 10-20 second bursts in the microwave, stirring between bursts, until fully melted
Once melted, add oil-based icing coloring if desired
Pour, or spoon, chocolate into mold
Tap the mold against the counter to release air bubbles
Place in the refridgerator for about 10 minutes
Remove from mold and decorate!
