The only true carbon steel knife in the U.S. Handcrafted in Portland, Oregon, Steelport makes their knives out of traditional high performance 52100 carbon steel, ethically sourced in the USA. 65 HRC hardness carbon steel, their proprietary heat treatment and Cryo process produces a fine grained wear-resistant blade wi.

It has a 2 blade at handle and a full tang construct for the perfect balance and added strength.
The handle is made from locally sourced Oregon Big Leaf Maple Burl, then stabilized with resin to meet kitchen requirements and to prevent shrinking or swelling.
