Made locally in Bolton, Happy Belly make their own sausage meat and seasonings to create scotch eggs with a difference. There are eight varieties to choose from, each with an oozy soft boiled egg at the centre. Gone are the generically bland sausage meat around a dry hard boiled egg, Happy Belly have created eight different treats that take both local and international flavours and make them portable to enjoy on the go. The All Day Breakfast, warmed in the oven is my favourite of the collection. You can eat them cold and they are really good, but warmed in the oven gives the crumb coating a little extra crunch and the egg stays …
