Global 10-Piece Stainless Steel Knife Block Set
Global knives are handmade by skilled artisans - not mass produced by machines. The blades are crafted from the finest grade molybdenum vanadium stainless steel, and ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-58. Most western knives are sharpened to a beveled edge. Global knives are actually ground on both sides so the blade tapers narrower and narrower right to the edge. The result is a razor sharp blade which remains sharp much longer and requires sharpening less frequently.
