The wide opening at the top of the shaker bottle makes adding even large quantities of ingredients simple and mess-free. Use the convenient measuring markings to precisely pour in liquid ingredients, then add any dry ingredients and additional flavorings. Shake the bottle to fully emulsify loose or thick dressings, then flip the top lever back to pour and fully coat greens, toss, and serve! After use, flip the top lever forward to seal in order to keep any leftover dressing fresh for storage directly in the mixer to ensure a clean, leakproof tool ready for service until the very last drop.
