It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel. <br><br> Because the carrier is made with expanded polypropylene (EPP), it offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash Hot Board or CaterGator Dash Ice Board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further. <br><br> This insulated pan carrier features a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material with a high level of durability. This high-tech material is extremely lightweight and offers excellent impact-, water-, and chemical-resistance.
